The influence of migration of Czech basketball players on their career

Title: The influence of migration of Czech basketball players on their career Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to find out if a migration of young Czech basketball players is proper for their future career. Methods: The first method, that was used in this work, is a quantitative method - analysing the secondary data. These data were collected from the websites eurobasket.com, cz.basketball, proballers.com and cbf.cz. Before the analyses, there was defined a selection aggregate of players, who are included to the analyses. The selection aggregate contains the players, that leaved Czech Republic during a period of years 2010- 2020, before they had been 25 years old, and their departure was their first one. After the first phase of analysis, there were found out 82 players that this selection aggregate contains. These players were evaluated by three factors of success (a length of their top- level career, a length of their top-level international career and a quality of the leagues, where these players were playing). Czechoslovak Airlines in the seventies and eighties from the viewpoint of the employees

This thesis deals with the career and private life of a specific group of employees of Czechoslovak airlines - cockpit crew, especially pilots - during the years 1970-1989 with a slight overlap into the 60's and 70's as the context of the work requires. This thesis is based on the method of oral history. Recordings with all the narrators were combined into integrated blocks of data, that shows how these people became pilots of Czechoslovak airlines but also how they managed to deal with everyday contact with the wide abroad, how their career progressed, how they were affected by changes in the history of Czechoslovakia and Czechoslovak airlines during the era of "Normalization". The author of this thesis tried to provide an insight into the history of pilot profession in the mentioned period based on creating a brief history of Czechoslovak airlines, archive materials concerning the trends in aviation and testimonies and interpretations of the narrators.

Adaptation of "enterprises of foreign trades" (PZO) to situation after 1989 revolution in Czechoslovakia

This bachelor thesis follows the apdaptation process of Enterprises of foreign trades (PZO) on the market changes after the year 1989. The purpose of this work was to describe the structure and operation aktivity of said enterprises and parent organizations before 1989 and then describe and analyse their ability to handle new market conditions. This thesis describes the transformation period to the disintegration of Czechoslovakia, ie. until the end of 1992. This thesis also contains descriptions of the changes in structure and operations of five specific trade organizations, some of which still exist and six organizations which specified on propagation as well. The analysis was performed on the basis of thorough research of historic and present literature as well as memories of one former employee. It is shown in the text that the discussed period was very demanding for the trade companies. Change of strategy was crucial otherwise the enterprises would collapse. Comparison of the current physiotherapy approaches to incontinence in the Czech Republic and abroad

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of female urinary incontinence and its physiotherapeutic treatment options. The aim of this thesis is to introduce and compare the current physiotherapy approaches used in the Czech Republic and abroad. This thesis is composed of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes physiotherapy approaches to urinary incontinence in the Czech Republic and in selected foreign countries (Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom, The United States of America, Norway, The Netherlands and Germany) - it is devoted to the description of physical examination, manual and instrumental techniques. Besides that, the theoretical part includes brief informations about the pelvic floor, physiology of micturition, and about the topic of urinary incontinence in general (definition, epidemiology, types, diagnostics and treatment options). The practical part contains a case history of one female patient suffering from stress urinary incontinence. Both Czech and foreign findings were used in the treatment of this patient. In the discussion and conclusion, the comparison of the Czech and foreign approaches is summarized and the treatment effect is evaluated. The monographic thesis mainly solves poetry and prose of Josef Mach, the Czech writer, journalist and clerk. It watches literary progress of his poetics according to the era context, influenc of places, historical and social events and inspirations of other artists who surrounded him. The work look into the texts and lyrics by a diachronic and synchronic way. The section about his original works is followed by a chapter about translations of several novels, because he acted even on this literary field. Then the general outline of the reception of Mach's personality and works since the time of his life until today. The whole thesis is introduced by Mach's biography to which it returns in many topics because his works have an empiric character and it is closely connected to the life. The object of the thesis is to sum information about all these topics and give it as a base for future expert research.

Access to tuition of programming in the Czech rebulic and in foreign countries

This paper contains information about access to tuition of programming mostly at uni-versities. The aim of this thesis is to survey courses of programming at public and private Czech universities, including comparison with some foreign universities. The paper contains an overview of used tools during entrance courses of programming for beginners at universities' environment. There is also an overview of used methods in teaching information technologies. The outcome is useful for schools and students as well to compare different styles of education among universities.

Ústava francouzské Páté republiky byla přijata 4.října 1958 a od data svého přijetí byla osmnáctkrát novelizována. Poslední zásadní novelu se podařilo přijmout na Kongresu obou komor francouzského parlamentu dne 21.července 2008. Práce popisuje nejzásadnější ústavní změny ke kterým došlo po 21. červenci 2008: jde o novelu, která byla silně prosazována novým francouzským prezidentem Nicolasem Sarkozym s tím, že hlavním cílem návrhů jeho administrativy byla institucionálni modernizace Páté republiky. Prezident Sarkozy za tímto účelem zřídil komisi již v červenci 2007, tedy krátce poté co se ujal svého úřadu. Komise pro ústavní změny byla řízena Edouardem Balladurem, bývalým předsedou vlády, komise sestávala především z ústavních právníků a politiků. Výsledkem práce bylo popsaní nejdůležitějších posunů v pravomocích a změnách vztahů mezi prezidentem, parlamentem a vládou v paragrafovém znění spolu se stručným přehledem k samotnému projednávání a posléze přijetí ústavních změn. Dále pak práce hovoří o změnách v postavení opozice v parlamentu a změnách týkajících se legislativního procesu spolu s vlastním projednáváním zákonů.
